When I'm not in the gym or working with clients, you can find me living my best life in Brigantine, NJ with my husband and Tuxedo Kitty "Spicy."
I'm a beach lover and enjoy being outdoors, cooking fresh, yummy foods and being a Mother of two dynamic daughters and grandmother of 5 wonderful humans.
I'm also the Director of Development & Community Outreach for a non-profit that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Atlantic County, NJ.
I believe that Women 55+ are entering a new phase of their lives, one where they can focus on their health and wellness to live long, active and healthy lives!
